Delivery Policy:

If you’re located within Atlantic City, you’re eligible for free same-day delivery. We deliver in waves throughout the day based on store hours. Just make sure your order is placed at least 10 minutes before the end of the wave to be included.

Monday – Thursday (10:00 AM – 9:00 PM)

  • Wave 1: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
  • Wave 2: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
  • Wave 3: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
  • Final Wave: 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
 

Friday – Saturday (10:00 AM – 11:00 PM)

  • Wave 1: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
  • Wave 2: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
  • Wave 3: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
  • Final Wave: 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM
 

Sunday (10:00 AM – 8:00 PM)

  • Wave 1: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
  • Wave 2: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
  • Final Wave: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

 

Online orders placed after the final cutoff roll into the next day’s earliest delivery wave.

📤 Shipping Outside Atlantic City

If you’re outside of Atlantic City, we’ll ship your order to you next-day. Here’s how that works:

  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST ship the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM ship the next business day.
  • Shipping rates are flat are, and are provided at checkout based on destination and package size.
  • You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order ships.

⚠️ Missing Items or Order Issues

We strive for accuracy, but if something’s missing or unclear:

  • We’ll contact you via phone/email within 12 hours of processing.
  • If we don’t hear back within 24 hours of contacting you, we’ll go ahead and substitute the item with the closest available product in price, potency, and category – so you’re never left hanging.

Refund Policy:

Defective Vapes: We stand behind the quality of our vape products. If you receive a defective vape device, please contact our support team or text us immediately upon receipt of your order. You must notify us within 45 minutes from the time of delivery. We will provide a replacement for the defective item.

Non-Returnable Products: For health and safety reasons, concentrates are non-returnable. We only offer replacements for defective concentrate products.

Final Sale Items: All sales of flower, edibles, and pre-rolls are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for these products due to regulatory restrictions and quality control reasons.

Refund Process: To request a refund or replacement for a defective vape device, please contact our support team via email at Support@coastalherb.shop or text us at [insert support number]. Provide your order details, including the order number and a description of the issue. Our support team will assist you in processing your request.

Refund Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within the specified timeframe. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for products that do not meet these criteria.
